I mean I know the only constant thing in life is change and we can't do anything about it, but with everything we've all been through and all we've done.....it's just sad to see how things started falling apart. Some of us are estranged and sometimes I find myself thinking what would've happened if things went differently? I know that kind of thinking isn't good for the sane, but I', only human and it's the human thing to do to wonder, right?

So anyway, this year is a break away from the secondary school life and we're on to sixth form. New school. New environment. New people. New subjects. At least some of us are still together and I just have to say, I'm really really thankful for that. It's a new year, it's a new start. I don't know what will happen and I don't really want to know much about the future at this point.

I know sixth form is all about looking towards the future and creating yourself a path and everything but I've been worrying about the future too much and it's only been 2 months in this year. I've felt like I've aged a whole lot because of it, so I've decided it's not healthy. As is looking back in the past, even though we often do it. I guess that's just how life is.

You can't just focus on one moment in time sometimes. You do have to look back and forward at times, just as long as you keep a firm hold on the present. Everyone just struggles with how to balance everything together, but that's alright.
